The range includes machines from 4 up to 8 motorspindles to grind and polish the glass edge.

Different edge profiles can be grinded according to the profile of peripheral diamond fitted on the machine: pencil edge, flat edge with arrises , O.G. , double pencil , triple pencil , bull nose , waterfall , etc.

The edge polishing, processed in automatic mode by means of a computer, can be operated with wool felt and with liquid cerium.

SHAPED EDGING BEVELLING MACHINE: BEV series

The range includes one manual machine to grind the bevel and the edge of shaped glass.

Different edge profiles can be grinded according to the profile of peripheral diamond fitted on the machine: pencil edge ,flat edge with arrises, O.G., double pencil, triple pencil, bull nose, waterfall, etc.

The edge polishing can be operated with wool felt and liquid cerium and processed in automatic mode in case of round shaped glass. Bevel can be grinded tilting diamond wheel motor till to 45° max.

Different solution are available according to maximum or minimum glass size to be processed.

DRILLING MACHINES: DDC series

The range includes different semi or automatic drilling machine with opposite drilling heads.

Semiautomatic model DDC 1000 is fitted out for the automatic feed of the lower drill and manual feed of the upper one.

Automatic model DDC 1065 is fitted out for the automatic feed of both drills, automatic ejection of glass cores and automatic adjustment of drill rotation speed while setting holes diameter.

All the drilling machines are equipped with automatic clamping device for the glass sheet during the drilling cycle.
